Delete Gmail voice messages rather than archiving them

By default, Cloudlink will archive messages in Gmail when you delete a voicemail from the phone system. If you would like to change this behavior so that voicemail messages are deleted then you can follow the steps below:

Log into Gmail and go to your inbox settings:

Cloudlink

Choose “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” then “Enable IMAP” with “Auto-Expunge off” and “Move the message to the Trash” selected then “Save Changes”

Cloudlink

Choose “Labels” and uncheck “Show in IMAP” for “Important” and “All Mail”
