XFINITY On Campus is network-based TV service that enables students living on campus to stream TV services to their laptop and desktop computers as well as to Apple and Android mobile devices. The service includes:
- Live streaming TV – including all of the network and cable channels that are part of the campus TV package
- XFINITY On Demand™ – with the best selection of current shows and hit movies
- XFINTY On Campus™ subscriptions services, including a choice of five Premium channels and the Sports Entertainment Package An interactive programming guide
How do I sign up?
- Point your browser at https://xfinityoncampus.com.
- Select Champlain College from the list of schools.
- Log in with your Champlain student user name and password.
- Click the “Watch Now” button.
Who can use the service?
This service is only available to Champlain College students living in on-campus housing. Students not living on campus may contact Comcast directly for alternative services available in their area.
How much does the service cost?
The basic service is included in the cost of your housing. Additional services such as premium channels are available at additional cost directly from Comcast.

Can I order premium channels?
Yes premium channels can be ordered directly from Comcast by logging into https://xfinityoncampus.com.

If you are experiencing trouble accessing the service or with your login name, please contact the ChampSupport help desk.If you are experiencing trouble with specific features within the service or with premium services, please contact Comcast directly by logging into the XFINITY On Campus web site and clicking on “Support” at the top of the page.
Can I access this service when I am at home on break?
The Xfinity On Campus service is only accessible from the Champlain College campus.
What devices are compatible with this service
Currently XFINITY On Campus is available for viewing on PCs and MACs as well as iPhones, 4th generation or later iPod Touches, iPads, Android devices and Roku streaming devices. You can find the XFINITY On Campus video app by searching for “XFINITY On Campus” in your device’s application store. For more specific information on device compatability, log in to the XFINITY On Campus web site, click on “Support”, and then select the “Devices” tab.
How do I connect my TV to this service?
As XFINITY on Campus is only available on computers and mobile devices, you will need to use one of those devices to display it on your TV.
There is a cable jack in my room. Can I use it?
While some rooms still have coaxial TV jacks in them, they are not enabled for TV service.
